The INPROCAP Community of Practice (CoP) is a dedicated platform that brings together key stakeholders in innovation procurement. Namely Industrial Liaison Officers (ILOs), Big science organizations (BSOs), small and medium enterprises (SMEs), Research and technology organizations (RTOs), and procurement experts.
