This high-level European event will bring together policymakers, research infrastructures, industry, and innovation actors to discuss the future of Research & Technology Infrastructures (RTIs). With a strong focus on Europe’s green transition, digitalisation, and health technologies, the summit will highlight how RTIs can drive sustainable growth, strengthen global competitiveness, and create new opportunities for innovation.
About the Programme
The two-day summit will feature:
- Plenary sessions with EU and national policymakers on the strategic role of RTIs.
- Thematic workshops addressing RTIs and their impact on clean energy, microelectronics, health, and advanced materials.
- Facility visits and networking opportunities with leading Danish infrastructures.
Why INPROCAP is Involved
INPROCAP highlights the role of innovation procurement as a strategic instrument for leveraging RTIs’ potential. By embedding procurement into research and innovation ecosystems, RTIs can better connect with SMEs, foster industrial participation, and accelerate the uptake of new solutions.
The project’s participation at RTI Summit 2025 is part of its mission to strengthen capacity-building in innovation procurement for Industrial Liaison Officers (ILOs), Business Support Organisations (BSOs), and companies engaged in Big Science and research infrastructures.
