The INPROCAP project is building the skills and practical tools needed by organisations across the Big Science ecosystem to implement innovation procurement successfully.
As the INPROCAP Training Series comes to a close, we invite you to join our final webinar, dedicated to the Management of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in innovation procurement.
The eleventh webinar, titled “Management of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)”, is part of the INPROCAP Webinar / Training Series running from October 2025 to December 2026.
The session will explore the role of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in innovation procurement, focusing on how Big Science Organisations can manage ownership, access rights, confidentiality and the use of innovative solutions developed through collaboration with suppliers.
Effective IPR management is essential for balancing the interests of contracting authorities and suppliers, protecting valuable knowledge and enabling the further development and exploitation of innovative solutions.
Designed primarily for procurement, legal, technical and project staff working within Big Science Organisations, the webinar will combine an introduction to key IPR principles with practical guidance on addressing intellectual property issues throughout the procurement process.
